Welcome to NLTNC!

This program is designed to take phylogenetic tree files (such as .tree and .nwk), take the GCF and GCA accessions out, search them in the NCBI database, find the name and strain designation, and then swap accession ID with the name and strain designation. This allows for the easy renaming of phylogenetic trees, with few errors.

For Example:

This website will eventually have a functional web version of the program.

There is also a version of the program (NL-APTM) that outputs it's data in the form of a CSV file, grabbing the total genome length and GC percent in addition to the name and strain and putting it into a nice table.

Feel free to explore!
